Refund window

We have a 30-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a tracking number) in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number.

Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund, only items sent back to one of our warehouses.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please do not order multiple sizes for the purpose of returning the ones that didn't fit. If you need help picking a size, we're always available at ooomayhelp@gmail.com. Each bag has it's listed dimensions on our website, for reference.

To start a return, you can contact us at ooomayhelp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Order cancellation


We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. However, please note that due to our automated fulfillment system, orders can only be cancelled within the first hour they've been placed.

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges


Due to a very high volume of orders, we are no longer accepting exchanges.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Any item(s) returned in a condition deemed unsellable will not be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
