How long will delivery take?

Due to the influx of orders from our ongoing sale, there may be a slight delay in dispatch. Rest assured, all orders will be shipped within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
How do I track my order?
As soon your order ships out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number (which can take 24-48 hours to update). You can track your order here.
What happens if my order is late?
We strive to meet our 5-7 business days delivery estimate, but sometimes delays happen. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping. We are actively working to provide expedited shipping options for our customers and will update this FAQ when these become available.
What if I need my bag by a specific date?
If you have a special occasion or need your order by a specific date, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow for any potential shipping delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date but will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
